How have the holidays been so far? We are excited about our Festival of Play.
Every Tuesday and Thursday during August, in St. Nicholas Church there will be playful activities for pre and primary aged children and their carers. From 2-4 pm. £3.00 per child.
5th August – Treasure. The theme for our first session is treasure. Make your own treasure chest and fill it with home made treasures. Create a treasure map and decorate shells. There will be treasure tuff tray activities, games, and so much more.
7th August – The early bird catches the worm. Nature crafts, smell activity, mini beasts play trays, mud painting. Dress to get a bit messy. It promises to be playful.
The Festival of Play is making, imagining, creating, exploring. Each session we will offer a different range of play activities for pre and primary age Children and their carers. There will be all kinds of different types of play, emotional, cognitive, social, physical, and creative. Including crafts, nature play, tuff tray activities, building, engineering and stem challenges.
