Office
Our church office is located at the Parochial Hall just across from the church on High Street. Our administrator works from the office, together with church staff. Meet the team here.
From 2022 we are enforcing a new pattern of working. There are many tasks that our administrator undertakes that needs concentration. Therefore we are separating her time between contact and non-contact time. Contact time are the hours where you can ring and expect someone to answer or respond appropriately to emails. During non-contact time, non-urgent enquires may not be dealt with until another day. If you have an urgent enquiry which needs responding to in a time sensitive manner please contact the vicar, the churchwardens or one of the other clergy.

Visiting
If you would like someone to visit you – to talk about faith, minister communion or to help you in a time of need, please get in touch. We have a pastoral visiting team who would be more than happy to talk to you.
Parking for St Nicholas Church & Parochial Hall
Please use the Abbey Fields public car park off Bridge Street. Every day it is possible to park for 2 hours free of charge – do ensure you get a ticket. Longer than this will require payment, Sundays included. Please read the ticket machine for full details.
Parking for St Barnabas Church
There is a small car park behind St Barnabas Church, with a narrow entrance off Park Hill. As it is tight, the best approach is from the Albion Street junction driving up Park Hill.
