Our Christmas Tree festival was a great success. 38 trees were on display from Kenilworth groups and schools. Around 1200 voting slips were sold – more than ever before! We estimate that over 1500 people visited us during this event. More photos are in the December issue of the Grapevine magazine.
Over £1300 has been raised for Spencer’s Retreat, part of the Langdale Trust.
Adult groups:
1st – Inner Wheel
2nd – St Nicholas Flower Guild
3rd – A Closer Look at Nature
Childrens groups:

An extra prize was also kindly donated by Kenilworth Lions for a tree they thought was the most environmentally sustainable. This was awarded to St Nicholas Flower Guild whose tree was created out of knitted green bobble hats that will all be donated to The Trussell Trust, once it has been dismantled.
Many thanks to all who a created tree, helped over the weekend and who visited us at St Nicholas Church, making it our best ever tree festival!
