Our annual
Garden Party took place on Saturday 18th June 2011 with the theme of the
'Big Street Party' to celebrate the opening of the the newly renovated
Parochial Hall and gardens. The event was officially opened by the Mayor
of Kenilworth, Councillor Dave Shilton. The event raised over £2,000 for
the benefit of the Mayor's charities, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire
Air Ambulance and Side by Side, which was founded to give adults with
learning disabilities the opportunity to develop and share with
audiences their performing talents. As usual, there was lots of fun and games for all the family, plus all the usual attractions
including, stalls, cakes, raffles, plants, teas, strawberries and
ice-creams plus lots more. |
