Easter Day saw Kenilworth greeted with a covering of snow on 23rd March 2008, but the snow quickly melted away in time for our Easter celebrations. 

Children of all ages enjoyed an Easter Egg Hunt around the churchyard, searching for pieces of a picture puzzle and the message 'The Lord is risen, Hallelujah' with mini Easter eggs as their prize! 

Afterwards, around 500 people packed themselves into a very full church to sing and shout alleluia's as we celebrated Jesus' resurrection.

There was more fun after the service with traditional egg rolling down the slopes of the Abbey Fields with Easter Egg prizes for those who rolled their boiled eggs the furthest.
