Great food • Great drinks • Great people
Last Sunday, after our Cafe Sunday & Morning services, the church family gathered in our vicarage and hall gardens for a fantastic summer barbecue! Tim Wilkes, one of our wardens cooked up a storm on the grills with some of the best burgers we’ve ever tasted and there was a welcome supply of drinks on one of the hottest days.
In the Hall garden there was some shade for the little ones who enjoyed water play, jenga, football and even croquet!
These gatherings are important to bring the family together. Each of our different communities are growing so quickly with new people every month, so it is important to also celebrate the wider St Nicholas family when we can and recognise the diversity and breadth of our church.
There was even space in Stella’s lounge to enjoy the football – and we all know the final England vs Panama score!
